Edward Hatch started the agency in 1961 and now includes his daughters Jo Anna Giltner and Janine D'Angelo, each Realtors with over 10 years of real estate experience. 

     Jo Anna gained extensive sales experience working predominantly with second home buyers and sellers from the NYC and NJ area in Columbia County, New York.
     Janine brings a broad level of experience working with both primary and secondary home sales focusing extensively with corporate leaders relocating to the Saratoga, New York region from all over the world.

     The agency is located on Lake Champlain’s Willsboro Point in the Adirondack Park. We are realtors but we are also waterfront property owners on Willsboro Point, giving us unique and first hand knowledge of the area.
